There is always a new beginning when you move to your new home. There is the thrill of decorating it from scratch, meeting new people and seeing a new neighborhood for the first time. But while you are adjusting with the new, don't forget your old friends and neighbors. So after you move in and settled a bit, throw open your house and invite them over to see your new home.
1) One can start with an invitation - When you invite your guests for the party give good direction to reach your house.
2) You can make the party a themed one. It can be an open house or if your painting is not done, you can keep a wall free for your friends to help you paint it.
3) No one expects to see a well decorated house in a housewarming party. Still you should keep the house clean. Move all unopened boxes and items into a room and close it. Light scented candles all over the house for creating a fresh and fragrant atmosphere: The First Pride Was A Riot Shirt.
4) Set up benches and tables in room and set your food items on them.
5) You can arrange a tour of the New Home all by yourself or assign someone close to do this.
6) Label each room with its name, purpose and any interesting details you had like to show off. Paste a "before" picture outside the room that you have renovated to show their magical transformation.
7) No one will expect you to take out your best China for a housewarming party. Paper cups, plates and other disposables cutleries are just fine.
8) Enliven the party with games that center on house decoration. The first pride was a riot, select music that will remind your friends of the good time you had with them.
9) To avoiding trashing of the place, make sure there are designated dustbins and 'Use Me' in every room.
10) Don't make your new neighbors resent you. Keep your party volume low if you are partying late at night. Don't throw garbage outside your home. It will be all the better if you include some of your new neighbors in this party as well.
